Taj Mahal Bangla Desh could be a scaled copy of the initial mausoleum, it placed ten miles east of the Bangladeshi capital, Dhaka in Sonargaon. not like the initial, work on the building took solely 5 years. Ahsanullah Moni, a moneyed Bangladeshi film-maker, declared his 'Copycat version of Taj Mahal' project in Dec 2008. The project price concerning USD$ fifty-six Million, and was designed twenty miles northeast of Capital Dhaka. This caused complaints from Indian officers, "You cannot simply go and duplicate historical monuments" a political candidate of the Indian embassy in Dhaka told the press. He has told however, he designed a duplicate of the mausoleum so the poor of his nation will realize their dream of seeing neighboring India's noted monument.
